Questions parents ask
Does my child need to be a sprinter?
No. Our coaching supports athletics as well as sports such as football, rugby, netball and basketball.
How often should they train?
It depends on the athlete. After the assessment we recommend a frequency that fits around school, other sports and recovery.
How young can they start?
We coach from age 5 through to adults, from children learning the basics to competitive sprinters.
How many athletes are in a group?
We keep groups to 7 to 8 athletes per coach.
What happens if it rains or we miss a session?
Training goes ahead in the rain. If there's lightning we cancel the session, and your child can come at another time. Athletes also get 2 make-up sessions per term.
Do you take photos of my child?
Only with your permission. We ask for photo and video consent on our registration form.
